Demaron No Bark Electric Shock Collar for Dogs, No Harm Anti Bark Collar & Training Device with Beep/Shock, Water Resistant, 7 Adjustable Sensitivity Levels (Misc.)

I have been hesitant to buy one of these because i wasn't sure how bad my dog would get zapped and since they're spoiled rotten I also wasn't sure how this dog would react. However, after ending up with more dogs than I ever needed, (5), it became necessary to really train these dogs and cut some of the noise down.

There are so many brands and types of no bark dog collars out there and it really gets confusing after awhile trying to sort to through which collar is best. I wanted something easy to use, effective, not cruel or overloaded, inexpensive, and with batteries that lasted at least a couple of weeks. I also only needed a type of collar to curb excessive barking not other behavior problems so that's what gravitated me to this type of collar.

The Demaron No Bark Collar is really working out great so I'm glad I took a chance on this product and it's really easy to put to together and use. All you have to do is insert the battery, attach either the short or long prongs to the main sensor, attach the collar strap to the sensor, test it with the plastic tester provided, and size the collar to your dog. It comes with an extra battery too which is great but just know it's not your everyday double A battery if you need to replace it.

My dog didn't think anything of the new collar and I had no problems adjusting the collar. It's made for dogs that weigh between 15 and 120 lbs which fit the bill. The Puggle weighs 28 lbs and it states on the Amazon product Ad that it's not suitable for tiny dogs. As far as how long the battery lasts, our dog is not wearing it all the time and so far the battery has lasted two weeks.

As soon as I received the collar it was put together and placed on our Puggle and the results were amazing! All it took was one use and our Puggle stopped barking at unnecessary things. The 2 tone sounds was all that was needed and our dog hasn't been zapped yet. She's a very smart dog and figured it out quickly just with the tones. I'm very happy I got the collar and I've used the collar on/off on the 2 Puggles. The other Puggle barks for her dinner:) Neither dog has been zapped yet and so far so good.

The Demaron No Bark Collar is water resistant but not water proof although rain won't hinder it. It has 7 correction levels and 7 sensitivity levels. The collar picks up the dog barking and then emits a short warning tone. If the 2nd bark occurs within 30 seconds, a more intense tone is sounded. After that, a more intense tone and a mild shock is added. This repeats through 7 corrections levels with increased intensity at each level. Once level 7 is reached, the collar will stop working for 1 minute and then start again. The sensitivity level when you receive your collar is set at 4 by default. You increase or decrease the sensitivity level by pressing + or - on the main sensor of the dog collar.

One thing you want to make sure of is movement and placement. Make sure that it doesn't move around too much and that it's right next to their voice box. Overall, I really like this dog collar. It's solved my problem and I don't have to hold onto a remote which is another plus. The price is reasonable and the only negative thing I can say is I don't like the battery type. Other than that it's working out great.

LED Ladybug Night Light

If you’re like me, you're bound to wake up in the middle of the night and wander to the bathroom with your eyes half open stumbling to the bathroom or kitchen.  On more than one occasion I have stumped my toe, forehead, or shoulder on a door all because I don’t want to turn on a light and ruin my sleep vision.  I have a lamp but I don’t like to reach for it not to mention I have to climb over a dog or two to get to it as well.  Anyway, I came across this night light and decided to give it a try.

The LED Ladybug Night Light is awesome!  I love everything about it except I wish the wings would open automatically but other than that it’s great.  It makes a cute addition to a baby room but I see no reason why it can’t be placed in a grown ups room.  The design is made out of plastic and comes in small box.  When you remove the LED Ladybug Night Light out of the box its wings are closed and the prongs to the plug on the back are folded in.  There’s also an instruction sheet.

The LED Ladybug Night Light has an outside cover of yellow wings with white polka dots. The inside shell is white and round and the back and head are black.  Each top front side contains a switch, which are the ladybug antennas, with which to control when the night light comes on, for how long, and how.  You have 3 light modes to choose from:  always on, light sensor, and sound sensor.  In addition it has 3 time modes:  60 seconds, 180 seconds, and off.  

Once you pull out the prongs from the back and plug it in you’re ready to use the LED Ladybug Night Light.  Select the light and time mode using the antennas and then adjust the wings for the level of brightness you desire.  I love using sound sensor mode personally because it’ll react to your voice or a clap.  The light it emits is like a soft glow and very pleasing to the eyes.  I really enjoy using it and it’s so darn cute!

Overall I think this is a good buy and a great whimsical addition to any room.  I would caution you to be careful with the wings because they seem a bit delicate so take care when pulling the ladybug out of the box and plugging it in.  I’m happy with my purchase and look forward to its continued use.

Aromanice Goat Milk Shower Cream (20.9 Oz)

I’ve had this product on my Amazon wish list and when I was given the chance to test it I couldn’t wait until it arrived. I normally use any type of body wash that’s cheap but I’ve noticed the cheaper the product the drier my skin. I’ll be honest though, I’ve never bought a product this expensive for body wash and I’m still not sold on the price. However, it is an excellent body wash.

The Aromanice Goat Milk Shower Cream is very creamy. I would say the texture is similar to a lotion. It comes in a pump action container and it doesn’t take a whole lot to lather up so be conservative when using. It comes in a 20 ounce container and if it’s just you using it, it should last over 30 days, depending on if you shower just once a day.

I love the smell of the Aromanice Goat Milk Shower Cream. It’s a light smell that I just can’t put my finger on what it’s similar to, but it’s very pleasant. So not only is it rich and creamy but it smells very pleasant too. I really like to lather when I shower and I tested the number of pumps to my liking this past week. For me, the perfect number was 4-5 small quick pumps. 6 was too much lather, although I did enjoy it, and 3 was not enough lather for me so I’ll probably stick to 4-5 quick pumps depending on whether it’s a gym day or not.

The best thing I like about the Aromanice Goat Milk Shower Cream is how soft my skin feels after. I’ve never ever been able to skip using lotion after a shower but for the last 3 days that’s exactly what I’ve been able to do. My skin feels so soft that I keep rubbing my hands and legs throughout the day. I do wish the scent lingered longer but I’ll take how soft my skin feels instead.

Overall the Aromanice Goat Milk Shower Cream is really making an impression on me. I’ve never tried a product with Goat Milk and I don’t know for sure if it’s the imported goat milk or the jojoba oils making my skin feel so soft, but it sure is nice. As for the price, I wish it was definitely lower and I’m going to “milk” this bottle for all it’s worth!

TedGem Travel Toiletry Bag

I’ve had a hard time finding a travel bag to put in all my toiletry items when on the go but I finally found one I really really like - The TedGem Travel Toiletry Bag. It’s so roomy, which is unbelievable for the size, and when I first received it, I thought, this is lame. I didn't think I was going to be able to stuff much in it, but it sure was a nice surprise to see how much toiletry stuff I was able to place inside and zip it!

I was able to to pack my electric toothbrush with its base, my regular sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, body soap, toothpaste, deodorant, razor, eye drops, hair brush, small size lotion, extra bottles of shampoo and conditioner (small size), oral hygiene picks, my prescription medicine in a square box, and my epilator. So for me, everything I use and need. I was also able to zip the bag easily with all those items inside and when you open the bag you can hang it on the door knob and just grab what you need.

The TedGem Travel Toiletry Bag is made of shiny nylon with durable stitching and netting compartments. It has two zipped compartments, one with netting on the inside and one without netting on the outside. One of the large netting compartments also breaks off into 2 one inch compartments where you can place your razor and the like. The TedGem Travel Toiletry Bag is also waterproof and has an antibacterial lining. I really like the feel of the material and it feels like a quality bag.

Overall I really like TedGem Travel Toiletry Bag and I think it’s a great buy. This would make a great present for anybody that travels or frequently stays overnight somewhere. It’s just so convenient to grab and go and it will probably pack nicely in a suitcase or travel bag as well. The price is excellent for the quality you get and I just love the fact that you can hang it and grab what you need. The only negative thing I could find is, it only comes in black.

Bon Balm - 2.04 fl 0z. 

I bought this for my stepmom and she's very happy with the product. She suffers from severe knee arthritis and her knee swells causing her extreme pain. My Dad has to take her to the doctor every 3 weeks to get her knee drained. She really needs knee surgery but that is not an option due to her heart. So while waiting for a doctor's appointment to come through she uses this to ease the pain. She tells me it's the only thing that helps her get through the pain.

Life Extension Lactoferrin

One day while doing research for my problem i came across this product.  It was advertised in a magazine for weight loss and when i researched about it and read the reviews I decided to give it a try.  Although I don't quite understand how this is working in my system, I am now able to eat as many of those products as I like.

This product has literally made my life better.  I'm allergic to cow's milk and egg whites which is a nightmare.  I used to be able to get away eating products made of those items as long as I didn't eat too much of it or more than once a day.  In the past year however, i began doubling over in pain every time i ate anything with cow's milk or egg whites.  


Even a teaspoon of mayo was wreaking havoc.  I began having to try and buy alternative products which just weren't very good. Creamer for my coffee was especially tough to replace.  No bread, butter, ice cream or any products with a hint of cow's milk or egg whites. It was hell!

It took almost 3 weeks to work for my stomach.  I can't attest to it working for weight loss but this definitely solved my stomach problem.  Medicine.net has basic information on lactoferrin and there's a lot of research being done on this supplement.

As a point of advice, I always research any supplement I'm interested in and sometimes I check if it can have a negative impact on my prescription medication.  I hope this review helps someone😊

Update 1 Nov 2016:  The Lactoferrin is working so well that I am now able to even skip my Prilosec prescription pill.  So far I've lasted without the Prilosec for a day and a half.  That is amazing in my case because I have extremely bad acid reflux and have had H.Pylori bacteria before.

My acid reflux is so bad I can't even drink water and keep it down without acid shooting out (disgusting i know!)  And if that's not bad enough, my last endoscopy discovered I have stomach polyps which may or may not have been caused by the Prilosec.  Ridiculous! Anyway....this stuff has not only helped my food allergy problem but also fixed my acid reflux to some extent. It has taken about 4 months (I think) to get to this stage.

Medi-Lyte electrolyte replacement tablets, 100 Tablets

I can't drink stuff like Gatorade because it gives me heartburn so I had to find an alternative.  After much research I bought these to help me when mowing lawns.  I mow 2 full yards and lately have been getting cramps in my hands and feet. By the time I'm done mowing I look like a zombie, dragging one leg and cramped hands out front.  These work great and are cost effective. Also, the price was right and delivery was quick.
